Responsible use
You may use the question bank for personal, non-commercial study. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-download the bank, test credentials that are not yours, submit unlawful material, or place identifiable patient information in notes or reports.
Corrections and contributions
If you submit a correction or other feedback, you permit EffectSite to review, edit and use it to maintain the question bank. Do not submit confidential information or content you do not have permission to share.
Availability and account action
The service may change, experience interruptions or remove material requiring review. Access may be limited or an account suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, content or infrastructure. You may export or delete your account from the Account page.
Content and rights
The EffectSite name, interface and original compilation are protected. Rights in third-party source material remain with their respective owners. Nothing on the site claims ownership of official examination content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EffectSite is provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
